Peggy
Peggy is a multimedia artist and DJ who is known for letting her love of video games influence her DJ sets & lifestyle. When they recommended we meet up at the arcade for this interview about joy it made me so happy. Talking about your experience with joy while hanging out at a place that brings you back to childhood-level joy: yes 1000%.
Shortly after moving to Portland, I met Peggy outside a party we were both attending & working (🎧&📸). Peggy initiated a conversation, and eventually we both shared about the feeling of being new & alone. Their kindness & openness impacted my entire experience of Portland. I’m grateful to have crossed paths with such a sweet & special person. Thank you, Peggy, for sharing your story & creating this art with me!
