Elliott
Elliott is the founder of Unicorn Solutions LLC where they put their passion for the safety and well-being of youth and young people to work, shaping systems to better serve the young people navigating them.
Having grown up in Wyoming and received the Daniels Fund scholarship, I knew of Elliott, but didn’t get to connect until I moved to Portland. You know that person that was a couple grades above you that you wanted to be, or at least be friends with? That was Elliott. Lil me needed queer elders, role models, hope, and I appreciate Elliott for being so public more than I can put into words.
The way they live so unapologetically queer inspires me, it always has. The way they choose joy and pour into community building, especially with our youth, helps me stay hopeful.
